Many Dixon Ultra High Precision Coating Machines operate in partial or complete clean rooms of up to Class 100.
To achieve these stringent operating conditions many features are incorporated such as segregated coating heads, drives and web handling sections. Coating heads can be of the fixed or removable type depending upon the machine concept.
The coating head can be built into it's own clean room enclosure for local environment control.
